This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website and Osprey Flight Solutions, the owner(s) of this Website.
These Terms govern access to training sessions provided by Sora Risk Solutions Ltd T/A Osprey flight Solutions (“Licensor”) to the participant (“Participant”). The training sessions are offered free to Participants subject to these terms and conditions.
Access to training is subject to:
i. Completion of the registration process.
ii. Agreement to these Terms.
By registering for the training:
i. Participant confirms they are aged 18 years or more.
ii. Participant agrees to provide certain personal data (e.g., name, email address, company details) and ensure that this information is maintained up to date and accurate. With your consent, we will also use your personal data for marketing and communication purposes including understanding the level of your knowledge, or about challenges being experienced in working with overflight risk management.
iii. Personal data will be collected, used, shared with third parties, including LearnWorlds, and retained in accordance with Licensor’s Privacy Notice.
vi. Participant may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each communication.
All training materials remain the property of Licensor.
i. Participant is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for own use only and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
ii. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used by Participant to create competing products or services.
Participation in the training does not require payment of any monetary amount. On completion of the training, a certificate of completion is issued automatically. However, you agree that in participating in the training you will do so only in a lawful manner.
ii. In addition you agree not to:
- (a) Participate in the training in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the tool or interfere with any other party's participation in the training,
- (b) Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material forming part of the training.
- (c) Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the training including introducing material that is malicious or technologically harmful
i. Training sessions are offered on an “as available” and “as is” basis and Licensor does not make any warranties as to the availability or suitability of the training sessions.
ii. Licensor reserves the right to modify, update or replace and remove training sessions at any time.
iii. Licensor reserves the right to modify or withdraw Participant’s access to sessions at its discretion.
vi. The training is designed to provide guidance and raise awareness only
Licensor shall not be liable for any loss, including indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the training. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, usefulness or availability of the training to any Participant. Any reliance you place on the training is strictly at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
